1 Corinthians 13, verses 1-13 teaches us about love. However, I seem to have forgotten these verses for a while last night.
Don't you just hate having misunderstandings/tiffs/arguments/disagreements/squabbles/etc. with a person you love? I know I do. It's literally one of the worst things in the world. Because, until you talk about the issue, you're just going to be thinking of the worst things imaginable. You know it's true! And I don't just mean your significant other, this could be anyone who is important to you.
To make a long story short, I had one of these moments of misunderstanding last night. Yes, I was upset and thinking the worst things imaginable. No, I did not cry. Take that you stinky, little, over reactive, overly dramatic, tear ducts!
Though, I was slightly emotionally distressed, I knew that things needed to be cleared up pronto. And the best thing about it is, this person and I have a mutual understanding - we talk about our issues immediately.
As it turns out, it was all just a big misunderstanding. Of course, I was a little hurt, but one of the best things about love is the ability to forgive. Even if you feel hurt by someone whom you love, if they ask for your forgiveness, you must always forgive.
So, that's what happened. We both said our apologies and we forgave, because that's what we do best. :)
And I was reminded of those lovely verses and decided to share this little revelation with you all. Aren't you theunlucky lucky ones?

I also found this little ditty in Corinthians, which I love (no pun intended):
1 Corinthians 16, verse 14 - "Do everything in love."
