closet shopping

I think I need to start going shopping in my own closet more often! I had some sweaters and other winter items stored away and I just got them out today. Ya know, out of sight out of mind. And as I was looking through the box, I was just imagining all of the amazing pairings I could do with my sweaters that were once forgotten. Oh man, I used to love this baby! 

I bought this sweater my freshman year at PITT, after being so inspired to style my an outfit exactly like this one Greek goddess of a senior who was in an acting class with me. (She really is Greek btw, just in case you were wondering.) I just loved how she had this long grey sweater paired with black leggings, ya know, cause that was the time leggings were coming back in style, and she had those flat black boots. The boots that look like they're straight from The Legend of Zelda. You know the ones?! Loved those. Obviously, I had a few pairs. 

I'll seriously never forget. Is that weird? Yeah, I think that must be pretty weird....
But as stalkerish as that seems, I think I'll always remember that outfit because that was about the time that I actually started to care any sort of way about my personal style. Pretty cool. In a creepy way....
