Today a group of us theater folk watched Singin' in the Rain on the big screen at the theater to celebrate Gene Kelly's 100th birthday. If only that gorgeous hunk of a man were still here singin' and dancin' for us now, I think the world just may be a better place; one with a little more cheer and support for the performing arts.
And that's always a good thing. Gene Kelly really was a once in a lifetime performer.
